Meet Gary
GARY MULRAIN, OWNER AND SENIOR INSPECTOR
Gary has lived in Akron, NY for over 25 years in the house that he built for his family. He has been involved in the housing industry for over 30 years and has enjoyed giving back to his community and country for his entire life.
He joined the Peace Corps at the age of 17, served as a scout master for local Boy Scouts Troop 559, and found time to help with swimming, soccer, dance and 4H classes. It's a wonder to think that he has worked a full-time job as a vocational instructor for the State, started two local businesses and raised four children. It is because of these experiences that Gary can understand just how important your home is to you and your family.
He and his team look forward to assisting you soon!
HIS PASSION
Gary loves meeting new people through home inspecting and getting to know the community of WNY better. His decision to become a home inspector stemmed from his passion of carpentry and his entrepreneurial spirit. Establishing Able Inspections in 1998, Gary knew that helping homebuyers and homeowners better understand what they were investing in would become a great career choice for his skill set and knowledge.
