FINAL WALK-THROUGH

Final Walk-Through

GIVE YOUR HOME ONE FINAL LOOK

Even after we perform our inspection, it is important that you give your new home one final walk-through before you move in.

We have created a convenient checklist that you can print and bring with you during the final walk-through. In many cases, damage is done during the moving out process, sometimes by movers and sometimes by anxious sellers. This damage is usually not intentional, but it should still be paid for by the current homeowner if it is something you believe needs fixing.

Examples of things to look for during the final walk-through include the following:
  • Scratches on Walls
  • Excess Food Down the Kitchen Sink
  • Removed or Broken Light Bulbs
  • Items Left Behind
  • Cracked Windows
  • Railings Removed During the Move
  • And More
If you have any further questions about the final walk-through or if you find anything that you believe needs our attention, please give us a call at any time!
